Thanks to all who commented on my doc release numbering question. Sorry
that I could not answer some questions put to me. I fell under the
power of a billion viruses for a week.
It was decided by someone other than me that a part number will not be
assigned to the docs.
So I will be going with a "Documentation Release" version for each doc
release, in addition to the software release number. There seems to be
no one perfect way to go about this.
