It's good to realize the futility of copy restrictions.  If I can
read it, I can copy it, guaranteed.

So if a reminder to the good guys is all that's needed, how about
something low tech?

  my2006pdf_DO_NOT_COPY.pdf
  my2006pdf_MAKE_NO_COPIES.pdf
