I am using X5 and making Webhelp (htm files). No red squares (I've seen them
before when inserting material). It's just this pesky error message, which,
when you click the OK button, goes away and then the help file seems to
function as it should.

Hmmm, not sure I've seen the "150" message. Sometimes it's "60", but I
suppose it could vary. Is this RoboHelp HTML? What is the output? .CHM or
WebHelp or FlashHelp?
If you look at the files in your editor (assuming RoboHelp HTML here) do you
see red squares among your topics? If so, the following link may help you to
