I might appreciate someone who was willing to put in the same hours
I do, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want someone who was a clone 
of me.  There are some days when I'm my own worst enemy.

don't' think that last statement is true anyway. I hired talent to round
out the team with strengths that we may lack, not Diana-clones.
