To expand on what Donna posted on our situation, we also eliminated the
paper manuals because of RoHS and Environmental issues.  I believe it
was Canada that was imposing a 1-cent-per-page fee on printed
documentation coming into the country...  that's certainly an incentive
to reduce printed paper in the product box.
