Well, my version has an Effects > Trim command for trimming a specified
number of pixels off one or more sides. But in general, you don't edit
images with SnagIt, you edit them in Paint, PhotoShop, PaintShop Pro, or
some other image editor.

Version 32?? I've got SnagIt 6. I realize it's 3 or 4 years old, but I
doubt they're up to v. 32. I think you're somewhat confused.
