Snagit Version 32 was the first one I used many many years ago.
The 32 related to 32 bit processing (If I am not mistaken). (or maybe 32 is 3.2)
Anyway, I don't remember such a long time ago whether you could edit images then.
I suggest downloading an evaluation version of the latest snagit version from techsmith.com.
This does have the capabilities that you want, and the help files there and on the site are very good, you can use the evaluation version for real work for a specified time..
If the evaluation version does what you require, snagit is not an expensive application to purchase.

is this possible in version 32?

Help files are of no assistance to me.
