Nice rant....except nowhere in your rant did you say you talked with MadCap
about your problem. I don't use MadCap, but I can tell you from experience
that RoboHelp had it's fair share of problems. The difference, if I am to
believe the members of this list, is that the people over at MadCap actually
go out of their way to help you solve those problems. Who did you talk with
over at MadCap and what were their suggestions?
