Edgar D' Souza told me about HTML-Tidy. I went looking for a GUI
version, and found one. HTML Tidy seems to be working great from within
the free open source program I got: HTML-kit. It's available at
http://www.chami.com/html-kit/.

Thanks for your help everyone!
