Relevant ISO standards might help you, but what you posted is the general
usage.
Note >> Clarification or detail that aids in performing a step.
Caution >> Warns of possible damage to equipment.
Warning >> Warns of possible harm or death.
Danger >> Warns of immenent death/dismemberment.
The only one I'm not clear on is Danger. But we don't use those.

Caution is for equipment while Warning and Danger are for human beings.
Warning alerts a condition, which not followed *may* cause harm or death.
Danger alerts a condition, which not followed *will* cause harm or death.
Coming to their graphical representation:
+ a checkmark in a rounded box - icon for Note
+ an exclamation mark in a rounded box - icon for Caution
+ a thunder bolt in a rounded box - icon for Warning
+ a thunder bolt in a triangle - icon for danger.
