Respect and being told of feature and software changes has nothing to
do with each other. Being told or not has nothing to do with respect
or ESP. It has nothing to do with them liking you. It has nothing to
do with candy or bribes.
OTOH, it has everything to do with bad manageent on their end if you
aren't being told and bad technique on your end if you aen't making
it clear to your management that they aren't.
You are documenting an application and they know it is being
documented. If there is a disconnect, someone is not doing their
job...either them not getting it to you or you not going out and getting.
