Yes, you can do this in Frame. Open the older FM doc first, and then the
new one. Click File > Utilities > Compare Documents. You can create a
summary doc only that lists the changes, or also create a composite doc
that merges the two versions, marking what's been inserted and deleted
with condition tags and change bars. Click Options to modify the default
comparison options.
You can do comparisons of entire books, too. With the focus on the newer
book, click File > Utilities > Compare Books. I haven't done book
comparisons, so I can't vouch for that one. But the file comparisons
work well except for some issues with table changes (IIRC, the whole
table is marked changed if anything in it changes).
