Old fart, and proud of it. Like to remind my kids that there was a king on the throne of England when I was born, (which was in the first half of the last century).
I've done the edit in the past to mask my age, but the interview points it out when I enter the room.
So I try to target firms who won't care, or better yet, who will see it as an asset.
