Template for Hardware Design Description

Greetings Team.  We are in the Development phase of a project and I'm tasked
with creating a Software Design Description (SDD) along with a Hardware
Design Description (HDD).  There is a standard style for the SDD, and a
multitude of templates & examples on the Internet, but for the life of me I
can't find a style, template, or sample HDD.  Can someone point me to one,
or does anyone have one available they could share?  Thanks.
