Re: Draft Review by the Executive Suite
I'm interested in hearing from some of our forum
members on how they handle revisions made by members
of the executive suite (e.g., CEO, CFO, President,
etc.). We all know that not all executives are
superior writers and/or editors.
Personally I have had situations where I have reported
to VPs who expected me to take their word as gospel
and others who genuinely wanted my input.
Beyond asking them point blank, what are the best ways
to "test the waters" to see how much latitude you have
without rocking the boat too much?
