Yes and no. Using XUL requires a Mozilla-based browser. You may find IE
users
complaining.
Would it be possible to include Portable Firefox (which is supposedly able
to run off a USB memory stick -
http://www.worldstart.com/tips/tips.php/2614) on the CD-ROM, and use
that for this XUL feature?
