I would also look at disabling compression during compile (if it is 
enabled).  Weird font behavior has been known to occur when 
compression is enabled. 

Is it only your machine that displays the help with the incorrect font, 
or does it happen on others? Is it only this HLP file, or do other 
display the same behavior?
