Hello everyone

I have a situation in which I need to mange and organize documentation in clearcase. Thats doable, but I also would like to be able to tag documents with these keys:

topic
keyword
related keywords
related topics
location of document
name of document
quality of content

Users should be able to search by a combination of the items listed above as well as do a google type search for any phrase. Is there a tool - COTS or open source - which I could use to attain this goal? Desktop or web based is fine.

The fact that ClearCase is the repository is important.
