Karen,

Each of your comcast email addresses has a webspace. So you could
start there, and try it out. If you decide to stay with it, then go
ahead and get a domain name/hosting space (for about $50-60 or less
per year.)

What software do you plan on using to build the site?

I'm working myself up to starting a personal website. Nothing fancy or big,
just a place to showcase some of my work and pictures of my critters.

I'm looking for advice on finding a web host. Anything I should watch out
for or worry about? Any other advice or recommendations would be
appreciated.
