Hi Bruce,
Adobe does not offer certification for FrameMaker, unfortunately. You can
become certified in Acrobat, InDesign, GoLive, Photoshop, Illustrator,
Premiere, and AfterEffects.
BTW, I also work in Victoria, BC. Feel free to contact me off-list for more
