Just to clear some confusion. I did not develop the solution based on the OP's
request. It is a solution that has evolved over several years and was
co-developed with colleques in various places of work. I think, to this day,
each of these people have copies of the solution somewhere. I have just kept
the solution active and updated it, as and when I encountered problems.
Being an extremely lazy person, I decided it was better to let the computer do
the work. Having said this, the solutions depends on solid and consistant
application of styles and template and so needs testing and tweaking in order
to check and accomodate the circumstances of each situation. But once that is
done, it really is fire and forget and has saved me many wee morning hours.
