Is this set up so that each prospect has their own
password?

Do the passwords you give out expire?

Yes, and yes. You can look at the logs and see who has logged in,
which is a nice piece of information to have. While my host does not
allow me to set automatically expiring passwords, I "expire" them
manually after a week or two.

I also present the documents as locked PDFs with embedded watermarks
and all confidential information redacted.
