Not for the faint of heart, though. I was the lead writer for Outlook
Express 5 some years back and my manager decided that the HTML Help Workshop
would work just fine. It can be done, but requires a very high degree of
organization. For smaller projects, it might work just fine, but I wouldn't
recommend it.
