Hi,
I have a problem which I'm sure SOMEONE has run into before. Feel free to
direct me to another resource or answer off-line. I realize that TECHWR-L is
not meant to be a software support list.
Here's my problem. I need to update some help that hasn't been touched in a
while. It turns out, though, that the version of Word and RH are
incompatible. We have either v8 or 9, but Word is 2003. I don't think we
want to upgrade to X5 because we need it very, very rarely.
What would you do? Here's what I could think of for options:
o Buy X5.
o Find an old PC somewhere in the building that is still running Word 2000
and install RH there.
o Put in a request for development to change all the help calls so we can
use WebWorks, which is what other products use.
