Since you're giving people a day or two outside of the interview
setting to do this, it's easy enough even for a manager type who
doesn't drink coffee to surf the net for coffeemaking instructions.
Well, I didn't realize that coffee making is not everyone's 'cup of
tea'. In The Netherlands, it's hard to find someone who doesn't own a
coffee machine, or doesn't know how to make coffee. But as long as we're
looking for Dutch writers, we'll keep using the test.
