RE: capitalization of 'web'

Hi Karen,

The Web site that you referenced below (grammar.ccc.commnet.edu)
capitalizes "Web," but not consistently. See http://tinyurl.com/y8qnfv:

"People do meet on the web..."

"... there are services on the Web..."
