Wanted: Opinions on a grammar book

I came across this book while looking for information on when it is okay 
to drop a definite article and when it is mandatory they be used. If 
anyone here read it, I'd appreciate it if they would share their opinon. 
Any book with _that_ many listings for just verb tenses definitely grabs 
my attention!
