That's what makes the field fun.... I'd hate this job if all that I did
was write on-line help.
I do business and system analysis, project management, UI design, QA,
process improvement, training, marketing strategy, website design,
knowledge management strategy, proposal development, recruiting and
interviewing.... oops wrong thread on that last one ;-)
