I would have made allowances for task clarification by: starting with a
definition of "good doc set" as one that meets the knowledge
requirements (content) and preferred knowledge access patterns (delivery
format and metadata e.g. indices) of the audience; following through
with examples of audience types, assumptions about each group and
possible content and delivery considerations; and concluding with a
rendition of the old song "It Depends".
