who the tech pubs manager is in a particular company?
There are some companies in my area that I'd like to market to, and I'd like to bypass HR and deal directly with the documentation manager, assuming there is one. I think that if I pick up the phone and call and ask, I'm likely to be passed on to HR, which I want to avoid.
How do you find out who the hiring manager is at a company that interests you?
