In TECHWR-L Digest, Vol 15, Issue 9, Erica Yanovich asked whether we prefer
content entirely in an e-mailed newsletter or links to articles
<emphasis>because she and a graphic designer are filling in for the regular
newsletter editor, who is on maternity leave.</emphasis>
If I were the regular newsletter editor and came back from maternity leave
to find that major changes had been made to the newsletter while I was
gone, I'd be a bit miffed. Erica, I suggest you tell the graphic designer
that out of respect for your colleague, no major changes will be made until
she gets back. Save all the suggestions and opinions you've gathered,
present them to the regular newsletter editor when she returns, and let her
decide whether changes are warranted.
And for what it's worth, I prefer content in the newsletter.
