Hi Keith
Sounds like you are opening a WebHelp system created using RoboHelp. This
will be something your developers will need to address.
When you simply point at a topic inside a WebHelp system, (assuming you have
elected to include a navigation pane link in the topics) the JavaScript in
the topic sniffs the browser to see if the topic is being opened inside the
WebHelp frameset. If not, a link is inserted.

Subject: Displaying TOC/Index/Search in Help System
Hello all,
When you first open the help system that is connected to my software
application, the Contents/Index/Search tabs are not displayed in the
upper-left corner of the help system. Instead, there is a "Show"
hyperlink. When I click on this link, the tabs all display properly.
How can I make these three tabs automatically show up when the help
system appears?
Thanks in advance, as always!
Keith
