Subject:RE: What do you use for File management? From:"Jim Morgan" <jmorgan -at- casabyte -dot- com> To:<techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Wed, 31 Jan 2007 08:41:29 -0800
I recently and with some reluctance recommended Microsoft SharePoint to my
current client, for two reasons:
1) For the volume of files involved, it adequately performs all the basic
functions in the original post (and I must admit, the current release
eliminates a lot of the gripes I had about previous versions).
2) For users of Windows Server, it is free.
For a small company, that's a hard combination to ignore.
Good luck,
Jim
