Reading through Dan Poynter's self-publishing manual (doing a book  
review for STC), I came across the following link on the author's Web  
site: http://parapub.com/sites/para/resources/supplier.cfm

There's a slew of resources there, most obviously for finding editors  
(http://parapub.com/sites/para/resources/supplier.cfm#9) and  
ghostwriters (http://parapub.com/sites/para/resources/supplier.cfm#12).

It's not clear how to get yourself added to the list of resources  
(possibly, you have to do work for Para Publishing before they'll  
list you), but it might be worthwhile inquiring directly  
(info -at- parapublishing -dot- com) or contacting some of the people listed on  
this page to see if they ever need to subcontract.
