And if you are using RoboHelp to create the WebHelp (I think Flare also
refers to their output as WebHelp, which is why I make the distinction)
you can probably create the blockquotes fairly easy using a toolbar. (no
need to go trawling through the HTML code ;)
Just locate the "Increase Indent" and "Decrease Indent" icons in the
toolbar. (If you can't seem to locate the icons and you are using the
RoboHelp HTML WYSIWYG editor, you can also click Edit > Move > Left or
Edit > Move > Right.
