Okay, I'll share my dirty little secret.
I put the "continued" in the source title and paste an empty text box over
its first-page appearance.
Still gnashing my teeth over Word's latest hiccup with page numbering that
displays okay but is messed up at the printer. Microsoft's official
solution? Print in reverse order. _That_ was a lot of fun with the
153-page safety program manual.
I am fighting the good fight to get my people to consider XML and
single-sourcing for our documents, eventually just doing away with Word. I
will not win but there it is.
