If I saw that on a document, I might wonder "limited to whom?"  Perhaps
you'd have more luck if you were more specific about who can see it and
who can't:

  PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL
  Not to be distributed outside XXX Inc.

  CONFIDENTIAL - Distribution limited to XXX Inc. Engineering

  COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL - Distribute outside XXX Inc. only under NDA

  "FROM ALL OF US" BIRTHDAY CARD FOR JOE INSIDE - Don't ask Joe to sign
it
