Hi Susan
You are describing some odd behavior to be sure!
Normally, when you produce WebHelp output, you end up with what I refer
to as a swarm of files. There should not be a single .htm file. There
should be numerous files of that type.
Questions:
1. If you right-click and examine the properties of the WebHelp layout
in RoboHelp, what do you see where it lists the output folder and start
page?
2. Based on the answer to 1 above, have you ensured you are looking in
the correct location?
3. What are the other settings on the various pages of the wizard you go
through to produce WebHelp output? Many of the settings will influence
assorted behaviors in WebHelp.
Cheers... Rick :)
