Subject: RE: Line spacing and tables in Word
I just spent several minutes looking at a sample document that Sarah
sent.
Here is what I discovered: The style in question is "TableCode", based
on Lucida Console 9 pt font.
When the style is used outside of the table, there is no problem.
The lines are together like this.
When the style is used inside of the table, there is a problem. The
lines have a slight space between them.
After using Word 2003's features to compare the fonts, etc., I could
find no difference between the two. However, when I used a soft-return
(Shift+Enter) between the lines of code, the space was gone.
