Two choices:
-XSLT to modify the Doxygen XML files to DocBook, then use whatever 
DocBook tools to create your output.
-Work with the XML structure directly from Doxygen and create styles for 
that. Not being familiar with the Doxygen output, I can be of little 
further assistance.
