RE: Standard WinHelp vs. WinHelp 2000

My previous company's help system was based on 16-bit WinHelp, and our
customers were happy with it. We don't use any online help at my current
company. At both companies, product installation is performed onsite by
our own staff, so downloading and installing a patch for 32-bit WinHelp
(if we ever needed it) wouldn't be a problem.

If I'm not mistaken, WinHelp 2000 (the reason for Keith's query)
requires the 32-bit engine. Or am I confusing that with RoboEx32.dll?

(As for our customers being "better," Candide had it right: All of our
customers are the best of all possible customers.)
