RE: Tech Writing a Growing Field?

I was referring to anyone who can't:

* Write a simple, declarative sentence
* Write according to a company style guide
* Turn a gelatinous lump of poorly organized, poorly expressed, yet
crucial information into a clear and well-organized document

I could go on, but you get the idea.
