It is delivered as both Web-based Help and as a CHM.

We have breadcrumbs, we have tried putting the location next to the search results using a trick we found on Peter Grainge's site.

Any other things you have tried - using Javascripting/ scripting, or any other tricks?

We used to use Robo - now switching to Flare.

Our users still say they find things hard to locate.

Our Help file is huge.

Perhaps connect it to a different search engine? If so, what?

Any other ideas?

Thanks

A.S.
