Oh man!!!  Sue him.  Oh wait, he's in Ireland.  Good luck.  But hey!  Be
flattered because he called it the "Ultimate" proposasl checklist.
"Ultimate" is good, right?

Yours is, of course, is more ultimate than his because yours is original (I
think, unless you "borrowed" yours too) and you have real checkboxes and an
overall better and more useful web site.
