I once described the location of 'restroom straps' in a manual for flight
attendants. It was supposed to be 'restraint straps.' I can't remember if it
was my proofreader or the FAA who caught it.
The moral here is one that we've all heard and preached before, but merits
repeating: when using spell check, make sure you know what you're agreeing
to when you click "Change."
