I prefer charts that just lay there. When they start dancing around, I
worry that those flashbacks they warned me about have finally started.
;-)

I don't know the package Dori recommended, but another option is Visio
-- if you all have an MS Office corp. license, you may already have it.
Lots of snazzy symbols and graphics, much easier to create fancy
diagrams in than Word.
