So $10 for a utility that will allow you to use a key combination to save 
you from having to use a key combination? If your need is just for that 
single character, it's probably a lot less grief to just learn the original 
key combination. If you have a number of things like product name phrases or 
boilerplate it might be worth while but I can't see it for just one lonely 
character.
