Tips for Second Interview

Hi All,
 
 I interviewed for a job in which they contacted me for a second interview. The first one went well, and now I assume I will meet the person whom I would be directly working with.  Any tips or suggestions to win the second interview are appreciated. What kind of questions would you'll suggest I ask at the interview?
