I'm not sure what WDS's "snooze capability" looks like, but here are two
possibilities for Copernic:
To pause indexing until you want it to start again, select Options =>
Pause Indexing.
For more complex choices, select Options => Options, and then click the
Index Update tab. You should be able to set up pretty much any indexing
configuration you want there.
