Until every decent writer is gainfully employed in their chosen field, I don't see this as a problem.
I've been trying to set up "how to gather and use information" meetings disguised as "quality improvement" -- gee, does anybody think there might be a connection? Got told "just write the instructions, quit wasting everybody's time with this 'quality' stuff." Hokay fine.
